License for use and distribution

1. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by XLineSoft

2. All copyrights to "ASPRunnerPro" are exclusively owned by
the author - XLineSoft.

3. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 21 days.
Following this test period of 21 days or less, if you wish to continue
to use "ASPRunnerPro", you MUST register.

4. The rights to non-profit distribution of "ASPRunnerPro" are
granted to the following companies: XLineSoft

5. Unless explicitly stated above, XLineSoft does not grant permission
to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not
limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board
distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution. Non-profit
distribution of the software is additionally restricted in the same manner.

6. "ASPRunnerPro" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE "ASPRunner" AT YOUR
OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
THIS SOFTWARE.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. The terms of this license, as well as the "ASPRunnerPro"
interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of
"ASPRunnerPro".

9. Installing and using "ASPRunnerPro" signifies acceptance
of these terms and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the
terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must
remove "ASPRunnePror" files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
